Should I write a Fanfiction Ep?
hmm should you? But if it was well-written (the plot I mean), it would be kick-ass. But I expect you to have a very good reason to make Cesar an EVO in the story. Need to remind you that he was the original nanite creator and he can control them much better than (ironically) Rex or Van Kleiss.
I do NOT suggest making him EVO because he's evil to begin with, (especially if he hated Rex cliche) otherwise it's called "Freudian Excuse" [link] The most possible way to make him this is either because he had good intentions... trying to help or protect Rex but went extreme [link] Or he's just plain clumsy [link] Anyway those are tv tropes links to help you guide making story
